| The Chishiokage's Mansion is a large building that over-shadows the rest. It is surrounded by the Bloody Whispers Villa, which is nearly as tall as it. It has twenty-five floors in total. The first fifteen are restricted to the Chishiokage and her Bloody Whispers who gaurd or visit her, while the other ten are open to various people.

| The Bloody Whispers Villa is shaped like a fortress, protecting the Chishiokage's mansion. It is almost as tall as the Chishiokage's mansion, standing 15 feet. The entire building is restricted from other entry's except for the crossing tunnel, the passage that goes through the Villa straight to the mansion. It is always gaurded heavily, and passage is only allowed if the Bloody Whispers feel you are not a threat or you have recived personal invatation from the Chishiokage.
